Business Process

Efficient process in business is so important. The problem is that there is rarely enough TIME to actually stop and look and consider how what you are doing can be improved. It is often more reasonable to get someone else, external to have a look at the process to see if efficiencies can be achieved.

The important thing about analysing the business process is to start at the end point. At the end of the day, we are all interested in the final output. This is what a business is paid for.

So if we start at the end point and then think of each logical step that is required to achieve that. At each step, it is important to consider to consider who is responsible to achieve that step and where the information collected at that step is stored.
